Tomasz Kozlowski
Director of Development

Tomasz joined 1st East from Sunderland Arc, the URC for the City of Sunderland where he was Project Director.

He played a key role in the establishment of Sunderland Arc, including securing funding for the first five years and subsequently organising comprehensive community engagement and delivering the URC’s first project at Farringdon Row.

A chartered surveyor, Tomasz has over 20 years property experience in both the public and private sectors building specific expertise in regeneration.

Tomasz graduated from the University of Northumbria with a BSc in General Practice Surveying and also holds a MBA from Durham University. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a former member of the Incorporated Society of Valuers and Auctioneers and Institute of Revenues, Rating and Valuation.
