Richard Harrold
Director

Richard Harrold was Chief Executive of MEPC Ltd, a property company specialising in the development and management of large business parks throughout the UK. Prior to this he was Chairman of Hermes Property Asset Management Ltd, leading the property investment division of Hermes Pensions Management from 1990 – 2004.

His non-executive roles include Director of Investment Property Databank Holdings Ltd, Member of the West End Regional Board of Royal & Sun Alliance, Member of the Management Oversight Committee of the Deutsche Bank Real Estate Global Opportunities Funds and Board of English Partnerships.

Richard lives in central Norfolk, which has been home for most of his life. He is married with three adult children.
