Graham is a Great Yarmouth Borough councillor, his Portfolio as cabinet member is for Regeneration, Tourism and Culture. In addition Graham is the chairman of the G.Y.Sport and Leisure Trust and the Local Development Framework working party.

Graham was born in Lancashire, moving to Great Yarmouth at the age of 11 and has lived and worked in Great Yarmouth ever since. He owns and runs a successful restaurant in the town and owns another catering outlet in Caister-on-Sea.

Personal statement:
"Having lived in Great Yarmouth for nearly 40 years I am keen to see Great Yarmouth regenerate through 1st East's plans and other initiatives. I'm keen to build on all the positive developments already taking place in Great Yarmouth, these include EastPort UK (The outer harbour) and the continued improvements along the Sea Front."
