Ann Gisborne
PA to the Chairman & Chief Executive

Ann Gisborne is Personal Assistant to the Chairman and Chief Executive.

Ann joined 1st East from Suffolk County Council. During 12 years with the Local Authority she held administrative and supervisory roles, including Management Support Administrator, Child Protection Co-ordinator and Countywide Administrator for one of only seven Home Office pilot projects. Her most recent post was Administration Team Leader with the Suffolk Youth Offending Service.

Ann also has private sector experience, having worked for ten years for a local Audi/VW dealership. She was promoted twice during this time. Born and raised in Lowestoft, Ann gained the Certificate in Management at West Suffolk College.

Personal statement:
"As a local person I feel a genuine sense of excitement about the work 1st East is undertaking in the two towns. I’m also very proud to be working for an organisation that is striving to bring about such positive changes to the lives of the people who live and work here."
