Panel Members

The Panel is chaired by Simon Loftus, a private sector Director of 1st East, and consists of eight other members, ranging from community representatives and local councillors (with a variety of interests and expertise) to those with specialist professional experience in property development and business management, environmental issues, architecture and urban planning. Four of the Panel members also sit on the Board of 1st East.

The Panel also has access to specialist advice on particular issues, appropriate to the nature of the project being considered.
