This new year-round tourism and leisure destination will include a visitor centre and 10,000 sqm hotel and conference facilities, plus 17,700 sqm mixed commercial and leisure.

Linking the Norfolk and Suffolk Broads with the seaside, Runham Broad features three lakes. The largest, measuring 27 hectares, will accommodate watersports, while the others will provide quiet recreation, including fishing, and a conservation area that attracts over-wintering birds.

Designed to reflect the unique broadland landscape, the nearby yacht station for visiting craft will offer a waterbus service to the town.

This 6.5 hectare development will feature 85 homes.
