
Nearly 3,500 homes will be built in and around the waterfront at Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth as the two historic towns undergo a major transformation over the next 15 years.

The creation of the new Runham Broad tourism and leisure destination
will see 85 homes in a new lake setting.
A new town centre mixed development close to public transport will see 500 homes at North Quay in the Breydon Reach area. A new leisure development at Bure Harbour will create 300 homes. 1,400 homes will be built at Ice House Quay with fabulous views of a quayside that the creator of Robinson Crusoe said was the finest in England.
Lowestoft
200 homes will be created in the historic harbour at Fishers' Wharf.
A new town centre at Peto Square includes a mixed development featuring 570
homes with public transport on the doorstep.
Lakeside living at Kirkley Waterfront provides 340 homes. An exciting new concept in living is created at Brooke Peninsula with 50 floating homes and a new community of 600 lakeside dwellings.
