A vibrant new community of apartments and townhouses on the waterfront will face the magnificent Georgian buildings on the opposite bank of the Yare. The area will be transformed by the creation of 1,400 homes in a development of 15 hectares of prime waterfront. The 14,000 sqm of mixed commercial and service uses including office space, specialist retail, bars and restaurants.

Great Yarmouth College, which recently became associated with the new University for Suffolk, also has an innovative architectural scheme for a new waterfront campus.
